The course, an e-learning version of Strengths-Based Coaching® face to face, consists of six self-paced online lessons and nine 60-minute webinar sessions.  Each self-paced lesson will have a scheduled release date. These lessons are available 24 hours a day during the release.  You may login and out anytime at your convenience to finish the lesson.  The webinar sessions will take place from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.  Webinars and self-paced lessons are NOT alternating.


What you will learn: :

This 15-hour blended training, which includes instructional webinars as well as self-paced modules, is designed to build on the strengths, knowledge, and skills of technical assistance professionals who work with early childhood and school-age programs.  The Strengths-Based Coaching® model used in this course is a practical step-by-step approach for working with adults that fundamentally changes the way providers are supported to achieve and sustain quality improvements in care and education.  This course focuses on:

  • Coaching basics for effective leadership
  • Creating an environment of positive intent
  • Developing partner-based relationships
  • Using existing strengths to enhance performance
  • Meeting personal and organizational goals
