Summary:
The course consists of six self-paced online lessons and nine 60-minute webinar sessions. Each self-paced lesson will have a scheduled release date. These lessons are available 24 hours a day during the release. You may login and out anytime at your convenience to finish the lesson. The webinar sessions will take place from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. Eastern. Participants should complete the online assignment before attending the corresponding webinar. Webinars and self-paced lessons are NOT alternating.

What you will learn: :
This 15-hour blended training, which includes instructional webinars as well as self-paced modules, is designed to build on the strengths, knowledge, and skills of technical assistance professionals who work with early childhood and school-age programs. The Strengths-Based Coaching® model used in this course is a practical approach for working with adults that fundamentally changes the way providers are supported to achieve and sustain quality improvements in care and education.
About the Facilitators:
Cindy Trupka, Lisa Boggess, Joy Humbarger, and Terrell Mann are interchanging presenters for this blended-learning series. All are Professional Development Specialists at the Francis Institute for Child and Youth Development at Metropolitan Community College-Penn Valley, Kansas City, Missouri. Our facilitators currently provide technical assistance to child care administrators and staff serving children from birth to 18 years. Additionally, all have had administration experience with programs serving children.
