What you will learn:
Blended training involves combining different instructional strategies to achieve a common goal. It includes mixing electronic-training experiences, classroom training and other training strategies to form a unified whole. Blending training offers numerous benefits for the child care community. Designing a blending training curriculum requires careful thought and planning. To make blended training work, it is important to explain to the participants why the approach is being utilized. Blended training can be offered to participants, even if you cannot meet with them face-to-face. Join us for this webinar on:
- Defining blended training
- The benefits of blended training for child care
- Planning and implementing blended training
- NACCRRA resources available to organizations interested in offering blended training
